Should you choose to proceed with us, we'll provide a service agreement and request a deposit/retainer before transitioning to the design phase. Our aim is to ensure a thorough understanding and a seamless transition into the next stages of the process.

Depending on your project, we can even offer real-time renderings that allow you to visualize your space. Our vendors provide convenient tools to preview their products in your space through your phone. During the design process, we'll supply you with these links. We'll curate materials, finishes, and assist in color selection. Once the proposed design is endorsed, we'll present a quote for your approval before proceeding to order all final materials. Our commitment is to ensure a seamless, informed, and delightful design experience.
Design
Upon receiving your approval for the design and material choices, we'll initiate the ordering process. Kindly be aware that materials may require several weeks to arrive. Our commitment is to furnish you with precise timelines and to keep you updated on any modifications that might influence your schedule. Once all materials are in our possession, our team will meticulously inspect them to ensure completeness and quality, as well as to detect any damage.
